Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and GoViral Labs LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("GoViral", "we"). By using the GoViral app or website (the "Service") you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 to use the Service, and have a parent or guardian's permission if you are under 18. You must be 18 or older to participate in brand deals.
Your account
Keep your login secure and your information accurate. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content
You own what you post. You give GoViral a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, promote and adapt your content to operate and improve the Service. You confirm you have the rights to everything you post.
Community rules
Do not post illegal content, harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, graphic violence, spam, or content that infringes others' rights. Do not manipulate engagement, rankings, or Boosts with bots, fake accounts or coordinated schemes. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Launch Boost, reach and rankings
The 14-day Launch Boost and engagement-based reach increase visibility but do not guarantee any number of views, followers or rankings. We may adjust how these features work.
Boosts and purchases
Boosts are sold in packs and give a video extra distribution for a limited time. Boosts are a license to a digital feature, have no cash value, and are non-refundable except where required by law or by the app store's policies. Purchases made through Apple are also subject to Apple's terms.
Brand deals
Brand deals are agreements between you and the brand. Creators keep 100% of the payment the brand agrees to pay them; GoViral does not take a cut of that payment. You are responsible for following advertising disclosure rules and paying your own taxes.
Copyright and DMCA complaints
Only post content you own or have permission to use. If you believe content on GoViral infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@goviralapp.app with: your contact details; a description of the copyrighted work; the link or username of the infringing content; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove the content and notify the user, who may send a counter-notice to the same address. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms or to protect the Service or others.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, GoViral is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the past 12 months or $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
Changes
We may update these terms and will note the date above. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.
